Scott Delmo A little off topic for this accident - which was a truck hitting an abandoned car in the emergency lane, but experience and observation since the Ring Road first opened I believe we will see far more accidents around on- ramps due to failure of people to keep left, enabling tracfic to move into right lane to allow merging traffic.
